With our Minimum Viable Implementation (MVI) strategy, we ensure that our customers can quickly get started with a first working version with the 'must haves'. As soon as that first version has proven itself, we expand the environment.
We stay away from customization as much as possible because we are convinced that Odoo can already meet more than 90% of the needs 'out of the box'. We achieve the latter 10% through small adjustments in the software or (even better) adjustments in the process at our customer. This way, the system remains standard and upgrades are automatically implemented without having to make expensive consultancy hours.
